If you have property and looking to restructure it in to coworking space, surely, we will assist you. Just fill the enquiry form. You will get a call from Bootstart team who will enquire about the same. After detailed telephonic discussion if we are convinced that it is as per standards, high demand location and could be converted into a coworking space, Bootstart team will visit the property. After onsite inspection you will be conveyed about no of seats that can be accommodated, expected revenue, capital expenditure required, Bootstart franchisee terms etc.

No issues. Many Bootstart properties are rented by franchisee owner on long term lease & invests on fit out. Bootstart helps franchisee owners to run the property by providing necessary expertise and support.

Once the location is finalised Bootstart execution team works to renovate the property within 45-60 days from the date of possession.

Bootstart does not charge franchisee fees as such. Bootstart charges royalty of 15% on the revenue.

On an average it takes around Rs 1500 per sqt for renovating the property. However, it also depends upon status of the property with respect to civil work, existing furniture etc. If there is an existing furniture per sqt cost would vary a lot.

At initial stage Bootstart has invested on fit outs in few of its properties. However, after that all the properties are on franchisee basis where franchise owner has invested in the same. Bootstart prefers investment by the property owner himself. Now it is Franchisee-Owned Franchisee Operated (FOFO) business model.

Bootstart research team is continuously scanning high demand location and guiding the franchise owners. However, keeping intact to our vision of neighbourhood office Bootstart properties are located more in suburbs rather than in premium location. We prefer low lying areas located near residential location where rental is low. Bootstart has capability convert b, c grade properties in form of bungalows, industrial shades in standardized office set up. With respect to cities we are Pune focus and leader in terms of highest locations. Further we have two properties in Mumbai and one Bangalore. Currently, we are looking to expand aggressively in Pune, Mumbai & Bangalore. Bootstart strives to avoid competition amongst the franchise owners and tries its level best to create earning opportunity to all.

Bootstart handholds its partners and helps them in every step right from setting up & running the Bootstart franchisee. Right from designing the property, in – person assistance, taking care of tech, sales, backend access, quarterly reports & marketing aspects of running the business.

Bootstart has been able to generate more than 30% ROI annually for its franchisee holders. It depends upon location. For some locations it also has been 40%.

Although a coworking company Bootstart vision is to be a neighbourhood office at walking distance from the residence. Unlike competitors we stay away from premium high rental locations and are mostly located suburbs. Also, we are catering the mass market at economical pricing and are not into niche segment. Bootstart keeps its cost of operations as minimal as possible. Bootstart has highest number of locations in Pune providing multiple access to its members at every location. Every location is a small Bootstart family. We serve client so well that they fall in love with the place. Small paces with small population help them serve better. We have differentiated us from the commodity business. Moreover, going ahead Bootstart plans to incubate the start-up members & provide value added services and generate additional revenue. We have all types of members belonging to different sectors. We avoid client concentration risk.

Whenever property is taken on rent, we try to get two months grace period (rent free) from the owner for renovation. We try to execute property within 45 days. While execution is going on, we simultaneously start marketing that property. We try our best to get 60% occupancy from fist day of operation. Thus, you can operationally breakeven from first day of operation provided you get grace period from the property owner & our marketing works well.
